细胞色素P450 2E1 (CYP2E1) 的遗传多态性与非吸烟女性肺癌的危险度

CYTOCHROME P450 2E1 GENETIC POLYMORPHISM AND NON- SMOKING FEMALE LUNG CANCER RISK

摘要: 我们在上海和哈尔滨二地分别收集了非吸烟女性肺癌病例各100 例和82 例以及非吸烟的女性健康人对照各95 例和89 例。分析了白细胞DNA 的细胞色素P4502E1 基因第六内含子Dra I 切点和5’端调控区Rsa I 切点的遗传多态性。虽然上海病例组Dra I 和Rsa I 突变型纯合子与对照组比OR 值分别为2156 和5147 ,但未达显著性;哈尔滨病例组OR 值分别为0149 和0147 ,也无显著差异。

Abstract: The blood of 100 non - smoking female lung cancer cases and 95 healthy cant rols82cases and 89 cont rols were collected from Shanghai and Harbin population respectively. The DNA were ext racted from buffy coat with phenol2chloroform. Cytochrome P450 (CYP) 2E1 genotype were analyzed with rest riction enzyme Dra I for the sixth int ron and Rsa I for the 5’2flanking region. The OR reach 2. 56 and 5. 47 for CYP2E1 Dra I and Rsa I homozygous mutant respectively in Shanghai cases , but there were no statistic significance. Though in Harbin cases the OR reach 0. 49 and 0. 47 , also no significance.
